We take pride in our ability to offer locally sourced ingredients from Quadra Island and other British Columbian communities. We strongly believe that buying and cooking with local food allows for a deep personal and place-based connection between cooks and their dishes.
The majestic West Coast scenery of Quadra Island leaves cooks not only immersed in the culinary arts, but also in the natural beauty of the surrounding ocean and mountains. For us, cooking has always been deeply tied to the natural environment and the connection that happens between people around the dinner table and in the kitchen.
We are constantly bringing in new chefs to share their culinary expertise with us, and provide guests the opportunity to soak in an authentic West Coast escape, delicious food and spectacular scenery.

Our weekend culinary retreats or day classes provide rare opportunities to get to know some of our region's’ exceptional chefs through a blend of intimate personal instruction and dialogue.
